How much repetitive work is eating your team’s time? AI can take over a large part of it.

Implementing AI is still a market advantage today, tomorrow it will be standard. I help you implement it in your company, from the plan to working solutions, so your team can do what only people can.

The job market

AI at work is loud in the media and rare in practice

Most people have not started yet, and those who did stayed at a basic level. This is a space where you can gain an edge before your competitors do.

70%

of employees in Poland have never used any AI tool at work.

53%

say their company has had no AI implementation at all.

2%

of regular AI users work at an expert level. 69% stay with simple prompts.

23%

of regular users spend the time they save on strategic work, while 37% take on more day-to-day tasks.

Saving time is not enough. The edge comes from a process that tells you where AI helps and what to do with the time you get back.

How I work

Three phases. After each one, you decide whether we continue.

We start with a plan, then implement, and finally make sure the change stays in the company. Every phase has a clear result, so you know from the start what you get.

Start here

Diagnosis and plan

Result
You know where AI will help you most and where to start. Documented processes and tools, and an implementation recommendation in three levels: organise, partial acceleration, full automation.
Scope
Interviews with the people who run the processes, an analysis of the tools in use, processes written down.
Decision
You get the plan and decide whether we continue. The whole phase can fit into one working week (estimate).

Implementation

Result
Recommendations turn into working solutions, and your team knows how to run them. Shared documents and rules for working with AI, plus working solutions instead of just a plan: less manual work and a single source of truth.
Scope
Shared documents (brand book, design book, tone of voice, specifications), and implementation of solutions and tools: custom integrations as well as ones built on existing tools such as n8n.
Decision
You choose the way we work below.
I lead the projectI plan and deliver the implementation together with your team.
I teach your teamI show how to run such a project based on the recommendations, and stay with the team as a consultant if needed.

Monitoring and growth

Result
The change sticks in the company for good instead of being a short burst. The solutions are monitored, and the team keeps growing through further training and consulting.
Scope
Monitoring the solutions, further training and consulting, extending individual parts, for example with custom integrations.
Decision
You decide what we develop next.

Implementation scenarios

What we can work on together

  • Customer data scattered across several systems

I bring it into one source of truth.

  • Tools that do not work together

I connect them with integrations, including n8n.

  • The same customer questions, the same answers from scratch

An assistant drafts replies with the customer’s history.

  • Meetings with no notes and decisions that get lost

Notes and tasks are created automatically.

  • Product documentation that is always out of date

It updates from a single specification.

  • A new team member learning from scattered materials

They get one consistent knowledge pack.

  • Offers and reports put together by hand from spreadsheets

AI assembles them from data, you just approve.

  • A website or landing page that takes weeks to build

I build it faster with AI development.

About

An engineer who asks good questions

LinkedIn

I’m Barbara. I started as a developer and today I lead products. That means I understand both the code and the needs of the business, and I know how to connect them.

I like listening to how you work and looking together for the places where AI will truly make life easier.

  1. 2018
    Technical and managerial education

Computer science, then management and production engineering. Two perspectives from the start. First contact with machine learning.

  2. 2021
    Hands-on development

I build websites, applications and integrations. I know what happens under the hood.

  3. 2024
    Management experience

I lead products and a team. I connect the language of technology with the language of business.

  4. 2025
    AI in everyday work

I put AI into processes and teams: first my own, then other people’s.

My values are respect for my time and other people’s time. Communication at every stage. Every business is different.

Prompt & Share

I teach how to work with AI

Prompt & Share

I focus on passing on the knowledge I have gained myself, to help people find their way in the new reality of work.
